2) BECOME A MEMBER
You can chose between the memberships listed below.
You sign the contract with the help of a staff member within our box.
Independent of your membership of choice: You always pay for an ongoing service and coaching in small groups (max. 12 people), which is different for what you pay in globo gyms!

3) COURSE BOOKING
After registration and approval within the booking system you can book your courses by yourself. The read only version of our actual course schedule is available to everyone even without registration.
Please notice that beginners have to complete the Start Up Program (which is free). This program is prerequisite for attending at all advanced classes like crossfit wod, weightlifting and also open gym.
PRICE LIST
* A short contract duration will result in an additional fee. 10 % addition for a 6 months contract duration and 20 % addition for 3 months contract duration.
Apprentices and students are eligible for a 10 % discount.
