SCHEDULE

In addition to the listed times, there are the following additional training options:
- Start Up Courses – CrossFit beginners learn the CrossFit basics, whereby the topics and appointments are set individually.
- Open Gym – In hall 2 you can train independently, in parallel with the listed course times.
- Team WOD – on Saturday when ten or more participants have registered.
- Yoga & Mobility – the courses take place on Saturdays in weekly change.
Members can log in and book in the booking system.
