Foerde CrossFit Zeiten 2019

In addition to the listed times, there are the following additional training options:

  • Start Up Courses – CrossFit beginners learn the CrossFit basics, whereby the topics and appointments are set individually.
  • Open Gym – In hall 2 you can train independently, in parallel with the listed course times.
  • Team WOD – Every other Saturday a partner workout takes place.
  • Yoga & Mobility – the courses take place on Saturdays in weekly change.

Members can log in and book in the booking system.
